ABOUT US The Powys Transition & Low Carbon Communities network is an unincorporated association of Powys Transition Towns and other Powys town or village groups that are focussed on helping their local communities to make the transition from high dependency on fossil fuels to a low carbon future and on improving the resilience of their communities. FUNDING from the Big Lottery Fund has been provided for PTLCC through the PAVO One Powys – Connecting Voices programme for five years 2013- 2018 to provide our member groups with
- free places on Transition Training courses ,
- annual county Gatherings,
- promotional materials,
- residents opinion surveys
- opportunities for sharing knowledge, experience and resources.
